Supper Club: Palestine on a Plate

£35.00Chef Joudie Kalla will present a special feast celebrating the food of Palestine. Kalla will aim to bring the taste of her home to your table. The menu will be rich in colour and flavour, creating a sense of family and community over the evening.
Guests will be taken on a culinary discovery through a selection of dishes from Gaza, Ramallah and Jerusalem. Through taste, smell, demonstration and discussion guests will have the opportunity to discover the authentic taste of Palestine. This event will take place at The Mosaic Rooms in our main exhibition room surrounded by the works of Marwan making for a truly memorable event.
Joudie Kalla trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine. She has worked within the Gordon Ramsey Group for several years and has run her catering business for over 10 years. In 2015 she published an app called Palestine on a Plate.
