Our spaces are accessible for wheelchairs 80cm or less in width. Our Satellite on the third floor is not currently accessible.
Accessible toilets are available on the ground, first and second floors and are fitted with support handrails and an alarm cord.
All toilets in the building are all-gender.
Please note that no doors in the building are currently power assisted. Assistance can be requested on arrival or in advance, and staff will be happy to help.

Noise-cancelling headphones are available upon request.
Printed exhibition materials are provided, including large-print versions. The exhibition texts are also accessible online and via QR code.
Chairs are available to use throughout our spaces.

If there is a particular event you would like to attend that is not currently offered with BSL interpretation, please contact us at least 14 days in advance and we will try to accommodate this.
Children and families are always welcome at Mosaic Rooms. Baby changing facilities are available, and buggy parking is provided in our garden.
School visits to Mosaic Rooms are free. All school groups need to book in advance. If you have any queries about bringing children to the gallery or arranging a school visit, please email learning@mosaicrooms.org.
