Who’s Coming

07.07.26 — 22.11.26

Open Tue-Sun, 11am-6pm, Free Entry

Who’s coming? (working title) is not an exhibition. Instead, the gallery is offered as a rehearsal space, a place for gathering, improvisation, and exchange. Instead of presenting finished works, the project invites process: demos, sketches, and mixtapes in the making. Blurring the line between performer and audience, the gallery becomes an open jam room where residents, visitors, and guests can play, listen, and create together.

Improvisation is treated as both anchor and method, a way to experiment, practice, and imagine collectively. A way of tuning in to one another, holding space, and recognising sound as both material and connector. Instruments, recording tools, and materials will be available in the space, encouraging participants to try things out, make mistakes, record and experiment without pressure. The gallery becomes less a site of display than a shared resource, a testing ground for rehearsals, unfinished gestures, and spontaneous collaborations.

A series of short, artist-led residencies will activate the space, generating jams, conversations, and collective experiments. Each gathering produces its own traces, whether sound, rhythm, or memory, and each gathering will shape the room differently. Friends and strangers alike are invited to join, connect, and contribute in a relaxed, playful setting where rehearsal is not a step toward performance, but a format in itself.
