The Building Reimagined
Spring 2026
We’re excited to welcome you back to Mosaic Rooms after a year of refurbishment with architects a small studio and Apace Construction. With a focus on ethically sourced materials, and increased accessibility - including lifts, widened doorways, improved restroom facilities and ample parking for buggies - we’ve reimagined our building to create a welcoming experience for all.
You’ll now enter on Earls Court Road, passing through our new outdoor amphitheatre. The Garden is designed by Aarde, in dialogue with Four Moons from Home, a permanent installation by artist Dima Srouji, located in the new welcome area.
Inside, you’ll find refreshed exhibition rooms and our expanded Bookshop, now with more room to browse, connect, and hang out. Upstairs, we’re excited to introduce Play Room: a new creative space designed for participant- and artist-led creative activity. Our live programme space, now called The Salon, has also been refreshed and is ready to host conversations, screenings, and public gatherings once again. And we’re thrilled to unveil The Satellite, a new initiative transforming the building's tower into a space for experimental broadcasts, storytelling and sonic solidarity.
