Free, drop-inلُمعَة – Lum‘a – a glimmer, a glint, a flicker of light
Join us for the next session of Play Lab: Lum’a, led by artist Chahine Fellahi, where drawings, objects and gestures come alive through movement and play. Inspired by early forms of film and animation, this playroom invites children to explore how marks, materials, and movements can become images in motion.
In this playroom, children will experiment with rhythm, repetition, and transformation, discovering how motion can create colourful patterns and playful animations. Through making and playing, they will explore the magic of moving images and the wonder of transforming simple actions into moving worlds.
What’s inside:
Moving pictures, kinetic drawing, interactive video projections, and open-ended materials for drawing, building, and experimenting with motion.
