The Living Room (Al-Madafeh) Sunday Sessions

Sunday Sessions

17/10/2130/01/22

Every Sunday between 12.30am and 6pm, Omar Hmidat hosts an informal weekly gathering in the gallery, open to all, just as he used to bring people together when he lived in Dheisheh camp. Visit the exhibition and spend time in The Living Room (Al-Madafeh) sharing tea, coffee and conversation.

This event is part of the public programme of the exhibition Stateless Heritage.

Omar Hmidat is a community organiser, filmmaker and transdisciplinary researcher from Palestine. He holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Research Architecture from Goldsmiths. He is a Co-director & Steering Committee Member of the Masha3 Critical Practice Studio (CPS), a residency and research practice summer school in Dheisheh refugee camp.  More about Omar Hmidat
