The Mosaic Rooms
About The Mosaic Rooms
The Mosaic Rooms is a leading non-profit arts organisation and bookshop dedicated to supporting and promoting contemporary culture from the Arab world and beyond in London. Established in 2009, as a project of the A.M Qattan Foundation, we have dedicated our work to championing creative and critical voices that are often underrepresented.
We believe in the importance of creating a cultural space that is invested in building communities, presenting new thinking and daring creativity, inspiring experimentation, and interrogating contemporary issues around social justice. A part of this work has always been to platform creative voices from Palestine.
2023 marks our 15-year anniversary – this year we are embarking on a process of transformation and transition towards becoming a new and independent organisation. Our wider community of artists, peers and audiences are part of these conversations that will collectively conceive and dream up new sites of inspiration, support, and hospitality at The Mosaic Rooms.
As part of this work, we are seeking critical friends and supporters, please get in touch if you are interested in supporting our programme at contact@mosaicrooms.org.
We would also like to hear your thoughts – please send us your comments to help guide our future direction!
