Who said storytelling is about sitting still and listening?

Come along for interactive stories of wisdom and wiles from Arab folklore with award-winning storyteller Alia Alzougbi. Here you will meet talking animals, brave young girls, misbehaving princes, and join in animated songs. The stories will be followed by an arts & crafts activity.

Alia Alzougbi is a BAFTA-nominated dynamic artist, educator & cultural producer. Her practice is based on storytelling techniques and traditions and, as well as performing, she curates and produces cultural events.

Suitable for children aged 4+

All children must be accompanied by parents/carers throughout the session.
