RSVP below for this in person event. Tickets are limited, please only book if you are sure to come.
Join us for the first meeting of our Palestinian Book Club, part of the book club network set up by artist Gentle/Radical. Our first gathering will be led by our writer in residence from Gaza Nayrouz Qarmout.
We will be reading and discussing a short story entitled Our Milk from Nayrouz’s book The Sea Cloak and Other Stories. The session will also discuss Counterpoint, a poem written by Mahmoud Darwish to Edward Said. We look forward to gathering together to read, learn, and debate in a collective and inclusive environment.
Reading materials will be sent to participants once they RSVP.
