Look out for Basim Magdy‘s Love Poem for City Dreamers, a public artwork contemplating the pressures of passing time and the melancholy of ideas and experiences unrealised.

Love Poem for City Dreamers (2023) is a new commission and part of the exhibition Constellations of Multiple Wishes which hosts other works by the artist. The billboard is a collaboration between Basim Magdy and designer Marwan Kaabour. It is installed offsite in public, at the intersection of Burdett Road and Midlothian Road, framing Mile End Park in East London from 20 February until 5 March 2023.
