Join us for a special Sudanese supper club with Omer Eltigani of Sudanese Kitchen. The Sudanese are famous for their hospitality and diverse cuisine, it not uncommon for lunching groups to invite complete strangers to share their food. Meals are often served on large plates in the middle of the table and eaten with hands. The supper club will provide a sense of family and community and bring the famous Sudanese dining experience to The Mosaic Rooms.

Diners will enjoy the rare opportunity to sample the deliciously diverse food and be given an introduction to the culinary customs of the region. Sharing plates with friends and strangers alike, the supper club will provide an immersive experience into an ancient tradition.

The Sudanese Kitchen is a project by Omer Eltigani. Eltigani spent many years collecting recipes from his mother and aunts and is soon to publish ‘The Sudanese Cookbook’, featuring recipes and stories from the Sudan.
