Join The Mosaic Rooms for a special evening exhibition tour of Equinox, From Beirut to London with artist Lawand.

The exhibition features new paintings and drawings by the artist, made recently during a prolonged stay in Beirut, Lebanon. During the tour Lawand will discuss with Omar Al Qattan this new work, the inspiration and meaning behind the title Equinox, and in particular the impact the current crisis in Syria is having on his artistic practise.

Born in Aleppo, Syria, in 1984, Lawand came to France with his family when he was ten. He now lives and works predominantly in Lille, France.
