Join us for a listening session in which Makimakkuk will debut a newly commissioned sound work titled What remains in the museum. This multi-layered work sonically reflects on identity, colonisation, love and relationships. The recorded live-performance will be specially presented at The Mosaic Rooms.

Makimakkuk is a multi-dimensional music performer, selector and sound artist based in Ramallah, Palestine. Her sound is a blend of genres coupled with both serious and sarcastic lyrical approaches; A liquid soul in a sovereign hop body.
